We spent the weekend with Mike's family up at Rendezvous Beach. We had a blast! Mylie is going to be our little fishy! She instantly took a liking to the water! Many of times we had to get her handful of sand out of her mouth! The beach was warm and breezy! What a great weekend to just relax and get away from it all! I think I ate my weight in treats but boy oh boy was it worth it! 
Mylie's first trip to the Zoo! No one told us the zoo closes so early! We got there at 5:00 and found out that the zoo closes about that time. The gates were left open for two hours thanks heavens! We got to see a bunch of the animals but missed out on a few. Mylie bounced her legs in the stroller all through the park. I think her favorite animal was the penguins. She wouldn't turn her head for a picture for nothing!
Mylie and Bridger have become such good buddies! I love to see Mylie cuddle up to him, roll over top him, pull his hair, swim with him, and feed him her treats. Even though he is jealous of her he has been such a good dog to her. (Not to her binkies though!)It will be fun to see them grow up together! They always seem to have those "awe" moments when ever they're together.
Oh man what a fun filled day! We got to go to the kaysville parade in the morning with all of Mylie's cousins. Boy she was ornery! She started to fall asleep just as the fire trucks and cop cars came with sirens blowing! She didn't even bother to care she slept right through the whole sha-bang!
We took off for the beautiful mountains on Manti this last weekend. I love coming through the small towns and right when we come into Manti there sits the most beautiful temple! It's amazing that they were able to construct such a huge building with very little tools.
Thanks to my uncle for letting us use his 4 wheeler! It was interesting to get mylie on there with us but proved to be successful and fun! She loved it so much she fell asleep on the way up to the lake. Cried forever on the way back till she fell asleep again.
Lots of fishing and red necking this weekend!
And lots of relaxing!
Fathers day we gave Mini some watermelon and to our surprise she loved it! She also can't get enough of Cheerios. She almost stops breathing when they get close to her.She loves to take the biggest handful and shove them in her mouth! This month has been so crazy! Lost of firsts. She is now crawling and pulling herself up (especially on Bridger). We had to lower the crib mattress, she screams like I've never heard anyone scream (well maybe on a horror movie), lots of jabbering and thhhppppp (spitting), picking her nose and finding things! SOOO sad how fast she is growing.
Thanks Tanzie family for letting me come spend the day at your house with your cute new baby! I love Oakley to death! She was so addorable I couldn't stop taking pictures of her!
We got to go up to Sarah and Clayton's ( Mike's sister) house in Wellsville on Sunday. We had yummy dinner with the family then we went to Logan River Parkway. What a Beautiful place. Now that I've seen the place I hope to get back up there to take more pictures! Sadly our time was cut short there was a lot of mosquitoes and it started to get chilly ( in June Whaaaa!!??)
Mylie loves our new drapes! She especially loves to get behind them so she can see outside.
Not only does she love peek a boo but she loves to say Her two new words! Dada and mama! I seriously about started to cry! She is progressing every day! I love to watch her explore the house and all the drawer handles and now shoes! Yikes now we have to keep the floor really clean and baby proof! I can't believe it's come so fast!
